Adriana is a strategic thinker with a broad vision and perspective, and a passion for building a strong non-profit sector, Adriana brings a diverse and unique background in fund development, event planning, community initiatives and strategic planning. She is a self-starter, with a talent for starting new projects and taking them to completion, by inspiring a team to achieve their best in the process.

Most recently, Adriana has worked with organizations on a variety of projects, most of which have involved team leadership, general fundraising, sponsorship, fund development assessments and fund development planning, prospect research and campaign planning studies.

Adriana is committed to her profession and her community. An active member and volunteer with the AFP Calgary and Area Chapter, Adriana has co-chaired the chapter’s Banff Compass Conference twice (2015 and 2017) and has served on the Board of Directors for two terms, from 2014 to 2017. Currently, Adriana is serving her fourth term on the AFP board, as the Chair of AFP Chapter Services and Membership.
